If you mistakenly deposit funds, contact customer support immediately. fa66 will investigate and, if the error is verified, will process a refund minus any administrative costs. Once funds are used for betting, refunds cannot be issued.
You may request withdrawals only after completing account verification (KYC). Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and matching the name on your fa66 account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Requests below this threshold will be declined.
Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 1-24 hours depending on membership tier (Bronze: 24 hours, Silver: 12 hours, Gold: 1 hour). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours.
Daily withdrawal limits are as follows: Bronze members: Rp 10,000,000; Silver members: Rp 25,000,000; Gold members: Rp 100,000,000. Higher limits may be requested for VIP accounts by contacting customer support.
Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. See Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) for specific requirements.
fa66 reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals if fraudulent activity, account abuse, or terms violations are suspected. You will be notified of any such action and provided an opportunity to respond.
Bonuses are offered at fa66's sole discretion and may be subject to country, payment method, or game restrictions. Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 3x to 10x the bonus amount depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 5x wagering requires Rp 5,000,000 in total bets before funds can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 20%, live casino contributes 10%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (bets with odds below 1.50 may not contribute).
Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless otherwise stated. Any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration if wagering requirements are not met.

All sports bets are subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant sports governing body. fa66 follows industry-standard settlement rules. In cases of postponed or abandoned matches, standard void/refund rules apply as stated in our detailed sports betting rules.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures are displayed within each game. fa66 does not manipulate game outcomes.

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and fa66, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
